Sage Hospitality Acquires Majority Interest in Newly-Opened Homewood Suites by Hilton in Washington, D.C.

Top Hotel Management Company Also Holds Management Contract for the 195-Key Hotel in D.C.'s Burgeoning Navy Yard Neighborhood

DENVER, CO. February 7, 2017 - Sage Hospitality, one of the nation's leading hotel management, investment and development companies, is proud to announce the acquisition of majority ownership of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. - Capitol Navy Yard. The hotel was developed by affiliates of Englewood LLC and CG Investments, who will each retain interests in the property. Sage Hospitality has also taken over management of the property.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. - Capitol Navy Yard completed construction and opened in November 2016. Located just one block from Nationals Park and the Navy Yard Metro station, guests enjoy easy access to bountiful entertainment options in the area. Within a short metro ride, guests can enjoy local historic attractions like Capitol Hill, the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial and the Smithsonian Museums.
