The Lifestyle Hospitality Company Has Begun Managing the Luxury Boutique Property Located in the Heart of Downtown Seattle.

Lighthouse Investments and ESI Ventures with equity financing from Kildare Partners has acquired the Hotel 1000 in Seattle and has selected Evolution Hospitality, the lifestyle operating division of Aimbridge Hospitality, to manage the hotel.

The partnership plans to improve areas of the hotel including the spa, addition of a lobby lounge bar, updates to bathrooms and updating the golf simulator in partnership with a leading golf simulator company for an activated entertainment space.

Located in the heart of Downtown Seattle, the luxury boutique hotel is convenient to major attractions including the famous Pike Place Market, Space Needle, and the recently improved Seattle waterfront. A TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner in 2020 and 2021, the property embraces modern elegance while offering comfort and practical sensibility with large windows offering water or city views. Revenue Management: Monetizing All Offerings


Of all the departments within hotel operations, Revenue Management may have been the hardest hit, due to the pandemic. The logic goes - no revenue, no need for revenue managers - so many industry professionals were furloughed. If business rebounds in 2021, as expected, then hotel management will have to determine when prevailing occupancy levels justify bringing back their revenue management team. Also, the pandemic seems to have exposed some weaknesses in the traditional RevPAR models. There is a growing understanding that it is no longer sufficient to use a "revenue per available room" model; instead, hotels are adopting a TRevPAR model (total revenue per available room).
