NexGen Hotels, a hotel development and management company based in Itasca, Illinois, announced the acquisition of the EVEN Hotel Miami - Airport. Located at 3499 N.W. 25th Street, the upscale select-service hotel will be managed by Genuine Hospitality Group of St. Louis, Missouri.
