Leading Mid-Priced Hotel Brand to Offer Guests German Cuisine During Month of October

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, October 3, 2006. In anticipation of its first European hotel opening this fall in Stuttgart, Germany, Hilton Garden Inn(R) (NYSE:HLT) today announced that it will bring the world-famous annual German celebration, Oktoberfest, to its hotels across the U.S. and Canada, from Oct. 1 through Oct. 31.

Known for its characteristic 'light, bright and airy welcome' as well as award-winning attributes, Hilton Garden Inn locations will offer guests who are of legal drinking age staying at participating hotels during the month of October a true taste of Oktoberfest by featuring Beck's Beer(a) and traditional German cuisine. Guests will be able to enjoy Beck's Pilsner(a) and Beck's Dark beers(a) which will complement the enhanced Hilton Garden Inn menu that will feature Oktoberfest-favorites like Bratwurst or Knockwurst accompanied with sauerkraut. And to continue the spirit of Oktoberfest, the hotel also will offer soft-baked pretzels in the afternoon and a German chocolate pancake option for breakfast. In some locations, sauerbraten and warm potato salad may also be available.
