Beyond Service with a Smile: Niquesa Travel Transforms the Guest Experience
By Mark Allvey Managing Director, Niquesa Travel | December 15, 2019
Since its launch in 2018, Niquesa Travel has always been dedicated to providing clients with hyper-bespoke travel experiences, aimed less at where they want to go and more at how they want to feel while there. For example, a busy family may want to reconnect with one another, away from the pressures and distractions of screens, work and school. An exhausted businessperson may feel the need to escape the stress of work, to still the mind and quiet the spirit. A couple, either at the beginning of a relationship or after a strained period, may want to focus on one another and strengthen their bonds.
Of course, these intensely personal requirements demand a level of client care and understanding right from the beginning of the Niquesa Travel relationship. Only by really engaging with our clients, gaining their confidence, intuiting their needs and encouraging them to communicate with us about their hopes for the trip, can we curate the experience they crave. Our level of guest service is, in this way, above and beyond the ordinary from the outset.
The relationship doesn't stop there: we continue to liaise with our clients to adapt itineraries as their needs and wishes evolve. We have an unparalleled ability to be reactive, with our many combined years of expertise and a Black Book that spans the globe. We believe that some of the most lasting and impactful aspects of travel come by way of those you interact with along the way, so part of our role as we see it is to act as 'travel matchmakers', drawing on our wealth of worldwide contacts to facilitate engagement with people ranging from visionaries and cultural icons, to explorers, historians and conservationists.
This aspect of our service links in with our belief – and our clients' desire - that travel should be transformational. The Niquesa Travel offering represents a shift away from the traditional idea of all-inclusive travel being something completely 'other' from a guest's day-to-day life, a chance to completely switch off. We operate on the same basic notion of attending to a client's every need, but with the addition of encouraging those needs to be as complex and as exceptional as possible.

No request is too 'out there' and we are delighted to think that our clients gain so much more than just a vacation from booking with us: new life and business skills, the development of new or existing passions and the opportunity to change perspectives and acquire a profound sense of achievement that will remain long after the trip is over.
