PDFJack Lindemuth is a consultant at Strategic Solution Partners and founder of JLL Commercial Strategy Consulting. In 2018, he created JLL Commercial Strategy Consulting to specialize in maximizing total revenues and profits for independent boutique, luxury hotels and resorts.
Mr. Lindemuth is amongst few commercial strategy leaders that balance remaining close to the ground to stay on top of current trends while also working above property in senior roles and projects. While revenue strategy is his core, he is also versed in digital marketing strategy, ownership relations, distribution strategy, general feasibility analysis, and team member development.
Mr. Lindemuth is deeply rooted within the industry - both professionally and academically - having over twelve years of dynamic revenue strategy leadership experience with some of the industry's best-in-class management companies prior to consulting. These include Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Denihan Hospitality Group, and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. Additionally, he had the opportunity to work directly and frequently with two of the industry's leading independent boutique, luxury hotel ownership groups for over eight years, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust and LaSalle Hotel Properties.
Mr. Lindemuth obtained his bachelor's degree at the highly regarded School of Hospitality Management at Pennsylvania State University. Eventually, he returned to obtain a master's degree in Asset Management and Development at Georgetown University while simultaneously holding a growing regional revenue strategy role with Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants.
His motto is Continuous Evolution which he believes is essential in the ever-changing and exciting landscape of hotel commercial strategy.
