Octogone TERRE Unveils New Spa
JUNE 13, 2007. The Sanctuary Spa at Octogone TERRE Resort & Spa has now opened, it was announced today by Christian Rivadalla, President & Founder of Octogone Hotels.
Prior to the opening of the Spa, guests had been able to receive an "Anywhere Massage" anywhere in the resort; however, now the Sanctuary Spa offers a complete range of treatments in addition to a unique octagon-shaped Hammam.
The Hammam is the Middle Eastern variant of a steam bath. It played an important role in cultures of the Middle-East, serving as places of social gathering, ritual cleansing, and as architectural structures with special customs attached to them.
