TynanGroup Appoints VP of Pre-construction Services

MARCH 18, 2008. TynanGroup, Inc. (Tg) has appointed Gary Dillon Vice President of Pre-Construction Services for its Phoenix based hospitality division. In his new role, Mr. Dillon will be responsible for all phases of the preconstruction scope, including coordinating and assisting in project financing, proforma and entitlement efforts, as well as interfacing with hotel Operators to coordinate operational standards with project requirements. Mr. Dillon will also direct Tg project managers, as well as manage project budget/schedule generation and updates. Recently Mr. Dillon was appointed to the firm's Executive Committee.

Prior to joining TynanGroup, Dillon served as Starwood's project executive in charge of the $42M St Regis Aspen Resort and Residential conversion. This highly successful project featured the conversion of 96 hotel rooms into 25 luxury two- and three-bedroom fractional units. He was also instrumental in the conversion of the prestigious St. Regis New York.

Previously Gary has held numerous asset management positions, working closely with Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Wyndham and Starwood brands.
