. October 14, 2008

JULY 14, 2008. The Lexington Collection of fine Hotels, Plaza Hotels, and Resorts Worldwide is pleased to announce that a former Holiday Inn Express in Troy, Missouri, the fastest growing county in the state, is now flying the Lexington flag.

The 50-room hotel will undergo extensive renovations to the exterior and landscaping to usher in the conversion. The hotel features an indoor heated swimming pool, exercise room, and a business center. Guestrooms feature wireless capabilities.

"Choosing to be a member of The Lexington Collection was a no-brainer for us," said Jag Swan, owner of the hotel. "We are in an economically progressive area and want to be affiliated with a brand that would allow us to choose the amenities that would best suit our market niche; and Lexington's Freestyle Membership Model gave us the freedom to do just that."

According to Steve Belmonte, President & CEO, Partner of The Lexington Collection, the hotel is a wonderful addition to the rapidly growing brand. "The community of Troy is thriving and we know that Jag's team will offer the best services, amenities, and hospitality to the business leaders investing in the area."
