WATERFORD, CT, November 17, 2005. Waterford Hotel Group, Inc. has been appointed as manager of the Doubletree Hotel Bradley International Airport located at 16 Ella Grasso Turnpike in Windsor Locks, CT. The addition of this management contract brings the Connecticut-based hotel management firm's portfolio to 30, two of which are Hilton Hotels-brand products. The hotel is owned by AFP 100 Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Capital Corp. (AMEX: AFP) with offices located in Great Neck, New York. Hotel ownership will invest $2 Million in renovating and enhancing the 200-room Doubletree Hotel.
