Pyramid Acquires Sheraton in Framingham, MA
FRAMINGHAM, MA, April 6, 2006. Pyramid Advisors LLC, of Boston has acquired the 373-room Sheraton Hotel here from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
The sale price was not disclosed. The new owner is planning $8 million in interior renovations starting this summer.
The renovation will entail a "total makeover" of guest rooms and public spaces. Also planned is construction of an executive meeting center built to standards certified by the International Association of Conference Center to better accommodate business travelers.
