Mumford Announces Sale of 9 Hotel Properties
July 2005, Newport News, Virginia -- The Mumford Company is pleased to announce that it completed the sale of nine hotel properties in separate transactions encompassing 815 rooms during the month of June 2005. These sales had an aggregate value of $20.5 million.
The properties sold during June included the following:
 Holiday Inn Express of Austin, Texas
 Hampton Inn of Brookhaven, Mississippi
 Hampton Inn of Grenada, Mississippi
 Hampton Inn of Emporia, Virginia
 Quality Inn & Suites of Rock Hill, South Carolina
 Ramada Limited North of Columbus, Ohio
 Sleep Inn of Pensacola, Florida
 Econo Lodge of Columbus, Ohio
 Oak Tree Inn of LaVale, Maryland
