Hotel Equities Opens SpringHill Suites in Vero Beach
AUGUST 20, 2009 - Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (HE) recently opened an 83-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel at 5115 Indian River Blvd. in Vero Beach, Florida. Hotel Equities serves as the management company and shares ownership with Kite Properties, LLC who developed the three-story property. Brenda Celano is the hotel's General Manager.
