Hotel AG has seven alliance offices located in South Florida, Baltimore, Washington, Memphis, Louisville, Los Angeles and the greater Boston region.
The seller was Newport Hospitality Group headquartered in Williamsburg Virginia and the buyer was Apple REIT headquartered in Richmond Virginia. The property will continue to be managed by Newport Hospitality on a going forward basis.
