Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel Completes $4.5 Million Property Upgrade

The Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel has completed a $4.5 million renovation to its 167-room property, located at 801 Rutherford Avenue, Rutherford, New Jersey, USA. Led by AVR Realty Company, the project includes updates to the hotel entrance, lobby, fitness center, meeting space, guestrooms, hallways, 9th floor concierge space, and back-of-house kitchens.

Owned by AVR Realty Company and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, the Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel offers amenities including accommodations designed with upscale charm, farm-to-fork dining, versatile event spaces, as well as new fitness facilities with Technogym equipment. Parking is available on-site at $11 nightly. Each guest room now boasts an updated contemporary design reflecting the aviary-themed touches found throughout the hotel. Guest room enhancements include upgraded design, furnishings, and new carpet.

Along with the guest rooms, the hotel hallways and on-site amenities including the meeting and event space, fitness center, and food and beverage destination have also been enhanced. The fitness facility now exclusively features new state-of-the-art Technogym equipment for the optimum workout. Notable changes to Finch's Lounge include new accents and bold décor. The renovation also introduces high-grade updates to the 9th floor concierge lounge. The swimming pool has been repurposed into the new multifunctional Rutherford Room, which is divisible into two sections for meetings and events.

The pandemic provoked more than a global health crisis. It also disrupted world economies, financial markets and social systems on a massive scale. Naturally, there are legal consequences associated with this kind of severe business disruption and the issues will be litigated for years to come.
