In this role, she proved to be a dynamic travel industry leader-successfully reopening the hotel in April 2021, managing new groundbreaking partnerships, leading brand identity, and exceeding key marketing goals-all while educating and motivating her team for optimal performance. Rioux also successfully opened and served as Director of Sales at Conrad Washington D.C and Director of Sales and Marketing at Rosewood Hotel Washington D.C and Capella Hotel Washington D.C.
