SOUTHLAKE, TX, August 7, 2007. SynXis, the Sabre Holdings business that provides hotel distribution and Internet marketing services globally, announced today that Kor Hotel Group has selected SynXis as their distribution marketing partner and will use the RedX Distribution Management System as its single distribution platform. RedX connects Kor Hotel Group's distinctive properties to all channels including Global Distribution Systems (GDS), third party travel sites, the hotels' own reservation centers and also provide a state of the art booking engine for Kor Hotel Group's own website (www.korhotelgroup.com). Kor Hotel Group selected SynXis, because of the flexibility of RedX, the expertise of the SynXis staff in distribution marketing, and the superior services of SynXis.

Kor Hotel Group will also benefit from the RedX Property ConnectSM which provides an interface to IDeaS V5i revenue management system and a 2-way interface with the HIS Epitome Property Management, both used at Kor Hotel Group's properties. This interface improves efficiencies and helps the properties achieve their distribution and revenue strategies with automated reservation delivery, as well as inventory, rates, and restriction (stay controls) uploads.

"Our team has become very knowledgeable about the distribution landscape over the years and we needed a partner that could provide the sophisticated technology we require while giving our team the guidance they need to be successful," said Tom Santora, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Kor Hotel Group. "We trust that the RedX platform and the SynXis team will provide us with that perfect combination."

In addition to the technology and services, Kor Hotel Group also wanted a provider that was accessible when it came to product feedback. SynXis is known in the industry for their market-driven products and provides numerous communication channels for their customers including: a User's Council, Annual Customer Forum, Usability Sessions and an Annual Customer Survey. "We were impressed with the ease of communicating directly to the key people within the SynXis organization who could address our specific needs. This is certainly a refreshing approach when working with a CRS provider," added Santora.

"We are excited to welcome Kor Hotel Group to SynXis. One look at their impressive hotel collection and it's clear they understand the importance of investing in the guest experience," said David Meltzer, vice president of sales for SynXis. "With our technology and distribution marketing expertise we can support their strategy and ensure their investment is represented throughout all channels."

Los Angeles-based Kor Hotel Group is a collection of distinctive hotels and brands that offer innovative style, unique design and advanced service in the world's most sought-after destinations. Kor Hotels consistently earn accolades on annual Cond'eNast Traveler Gold Lists, Departures Readers' Surveys, and in the pages of Wallpaper, Gourmet and Vogue.

SynXis products and services connect hotels with their guest through all channels including travel agents, online travel sites, reservation call centers and hotels' proprietary websites. RedX, at the solution's core, is a web-based distribution management system that enables property managers to distribute their inventory across all channels easily and efficiently. It provides connectivity to the GDSs, third party travel site and directly to guest via the website booking engine. This fall SynXis will release a new booking engine, Guest ConnectSM, which has been developed after more than a year of market research, customer feedback and usability testing. SynXis also provides services such as Revenue Management consulting, GDS and Travel Agent Marketing and award-winning Internet Marketing programs to complement a hotel's existing distribution and marketing strategy.
