JULY 9, 2007. Hospitality industry veteran Dr. Donald W. Wise is pleased to announce that Stephen R. Hennis, CHA, Managing Director of Hospitium, has executed a definitive hospitality research and consulting engagement to provide Johnson Capital with ongoing real time knowledge of the various lodging markets for high-end resorts and mixed-use lodging projects.

Hospitium will assist the Johnson Capital Global Hospitality Industry investment banking practice in providing high touch investment advisory, investment banking, transactional (brokerage) services, and financing placement of both debt and equity in the $20,000,000 to $300,000,000 range. These services will be primarily focused on the upscale, luxury and boutique market tiers of domestic and International hotels, resorts, gaming, condominium-hotels, and timeshare, fractional and mixed-use projects that have a lodging component to include:

---| Debt placement - First mortgage, subordinated/mezzanine debt, preferred equity financing for acquisition and refinance of single-asset and portfolio transaction;

---| Equity placement - New construction, renovation, recapitalization;

---| Corporate real estate services - Disposition of distressed asset and loan portfolios and/or loan sales to non-performing loans;

---| Bridge loans - Purchasing and participating in highly leverage bridge loans of existing assets, raw land on a case-by-case basis;

---| Advisory services - Preparation of sophisticated financial and/or market analysis of property, including valuations, hold versus sell analysis, feasibility studies, investment underwriting, transactional due diligence, and partnership restructuring and dissolutions;

---| Investment services - Asset management, development and acquisition services to hotel real estate investors requiring third-party expertise; and

---| Brokerage intermediary services - existing assets, sites, and portfolios.
