The Rosseau, Canada's first JW Marriott resort, is located on the shores of Lake Rosseau and is the first phase of the all-season Red Leaves resort community in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada. The Rosseau consists of 221 condo/hotel keys and 82 luxury waterfront townhomes. Other projects include a 397-room Sheraton in Houston and a 300 key condo/hotel in Utah.
