Resort at Squaw Creek Announces New Director of Restaurants

FEBRUARY 18, 2008. Ramon Villegas, former Six Peaks Grille Manager at the AAA Four-Diamond Resort at Squaw Creek, has been promoted to Director of Restaurants for the resort. In his new capacity he will oversee the property's entire collection of restaurants and dining venues including Six Peaks Grille, Ristorante Montagna and Wine Bar, Sandy's Pub, Sweet Potatoes Deli, Room Service, Oasis Pool, Lobby Bar, and the Chuck Wagon winter outdoor dining venue.

Villegas has over 18 years experience in the food and beverage industry, working at such resorts as The Peak's at Telluride, Old San Juan Resort in Puerto Rico, Wyndham Westshore in Tampa, Martineau Resort and Spa in Vieques, Puerto Rico, and El Conquistador Resort and Spa in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. He has been working at Resort at Squaw Creek, a Destination Hotels & Resorts-managed property, since 2006.
