Cubix at The Fleming Launches Summer Cocktails with Ginger Heat

Located at the boutique urban lifestyle hotel The Fleming, Cubix is launching the unique French Indochine ginger root liqueur Domaine de Canton with cooling cocktails throughout the summer at the stylish retreat in Wan Chai.
New to the local market, the liqueur is all the rage in Europe and the United States, recently awarded 'Best in Show' with a double gold medal at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirit Competition.
It is hand-crafted in the Cognac region of France from a base of eau de vie, enhanced with VSOP, XO and Grand Champagne Cognacs, with fresh baby ginger and hints of Tunisian ginseng, Provencal and orange-blossom honey, and Tahitian vanilla beans.
Cubix's 'Domaine de Canton' cocktail menu includes DDC Ginger Mojito with rum (HK$ 60), French Ginger Cosmo with citrus vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice (HK$ 65), Indochine Lemonade (HK$ 60), Canton Mimosa with champagne and orange juice (HK$ 60), French Ginger Snap with vodka and fresh lemon juice (HK$ 60), White Orchid with vodka, orange liqueur and white cranberry juice (HK$ 65), Canton Negroni with Campari, extra dry vermouth, orange juice and soda (HK$ 65), and French Ginger Cream with cream liqueur (HK$ 60). The summer cocktail promotion runs from 26 June until the end of August.
