NOVEMBER 2, 2006. The Brown Theatre will host the region's first ever live theatre commercial for Caesars Indiana on Saturday, November 4, just prior to the 8 p.m. performance by The Second City, an improv comedy company and crowd favorite, appearing as part of the LEO Presents A Little Off Center series.

The three minute script is humorous, filled with witty lines and designed to appeal to the Second City audience. Hilarious, elaborate costumes will enhance the overall experience.

Marc Oppenheimer, Vice President of Marketing at Caesars Indiana, said, 'We are constantly looking for ways to get our message in front of the right audience. While traditional advertising mediums have proven results, theatre advertising is a fun and unique medium that we believe will leave a lasting impression with the audience.'

Kim Baker, Executive Vice President of External Affairs for The Kentucky Center, recognizes the groundbreaking nature of this live commercial. 'Contemporary audiences are used to marketing messages before shows, whether that's curtain speeches before concerts or trailers before movies,' Baker says. 'Since the message is entertaining and brief, we see this as a chance to generate needed revenue for the Center while adding something unique to the theater experience.'
