DECEMBER 16, 2008. Hodges Ward Elliott's Focused Service Division is pleased to announce that they represented seller, STUDIO INN OCEAN SPRINGS, MS, LLC as exclusive advisor in the sale of the STUDIO INN EXTENDED STAY in OCEAN SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI. The buyer, MOTEL 6 OPERATING L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, will be renovating the two-story, 124-room property and ultimately repositioning it to the Studio 6 Extended Stay brand.
