Nissa Manfredi Named Creative Director F&B at S`e San Diego
FEBRUARY 10, 2008. S`e San Diego, the newly opened 184-room luxury hotel in downtown San Diego, has named Anissa Manfredi as creative director for food & beverage for the luxurious pool deck. Located on the stylish rooftop terrace, the pool deck at S`e San Diego will open in March and is a 7,000-square-foot rooftop oasis. Features of the relaxing and sultry space include an overflowing edge custom pool with underwater surround sound, a large central teak bar, eight private cabanas with bottle service, oversized beds and European style chaise lounges, poolside menu and the option of poolside spa treatments from S`e SPA.
Built to be a sophisticated destination and urban retreat for travelers and locals, the pool deck boasts an exclusive VIP area with an expansive sake and wine bar and intimate lounge seating, which is available for private parties and events. In her position with S`e, Manfredi will oversee the daily operations of the pool deck, including the food & beverage services, private events, and entertainment.
With 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, Manfredi most recently was the principal and creative director for CasaChica Productions in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, a full-service event company. At CasaChica Productions, Manfredi was responsible for event production, event promotion, marketing, public relations, image consulting, talent booking and VIP hosting for clients such as Nikki Beach Club Los Cabos and Passion at the ME Cabo Resorts.
Manfredi began her career in hospitality as a sales agent at Club Regina at the Westin in Los Cabos, Mexico. Following that, she became a partner at The Blue Room Night Club in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where she was creative director.
