Erica Hinshaw New Director of Catering at Estancia La Jolla

FEBRUARY 12, 2009 - Dave Gerdes, regional director of sales and marketing at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, announced that Erica Hinshaw was recently promoted to the property's director of catering.

Hinshaw, who has been with Estancia for nearly three years, most recently served as the senior catering manager where she played an integral role in Estancia's recognition as "Best Wedding Venue" by San Diego's ABC affiliate KGTV Channel Ten. Prior to joining Estancia's team, Hinshaw coordinated weddings at the Hyatt Regency Islandia where she developed an astute sense of style and commitment to execution.
