GAFFNEY, SC, October 21, 2005. The Peach Tree Inn, a 100-unit property here that includes a restaurant, lounge and pool, is slated to go on the auction block next month.
The auction is scheduled for November 16, at 1 p.m., and will be held on the property, 136 Peachoid Road. The motel will be open for inspection at least two hours prior to the auction or otherwise by appointment. Express Auction is handling the sale.
The property is situated on 3.8 acres off I-85, and nearby an outlet mall and shopping center.
