CAPE ELIZABETH, ME, March 12, 2009 - Six months after a complete multi million dollar makeover Inn by the Sea has been awarded the prestigious Automobile of America (AAA) 2009 Four Diamond Rating for superior service and upscale facilities, announced General Manager, Sara Masterson. The renovation transformed the inn into Maine's premier beach destination, blending traditional coastal charm with contemporary amenities and 'green' design features to create an elegant, yet relaxed, seaside atmosphere.

"The Four Diamond Award reflects the hard work and commitment of our staff to provide our guests with a high level of hospitality," said Masterson. "The massive renovation added upscale amenities that ensure a unique coastal experience for our guests in luxurious surroundings."

Set in a location of natural beauty on sandy Crescent Beach, just ten minutes from Portland, the fully renovated Inn by the Sea defines coastal eco- luxury.
