ZDirect Releases Innovative "On-Demand" Filters

ZDirect's hotel clients do just that on demand, the following cool filters were recently released for users to segment their data within the ZMail(R) platform.

Guest Reservation Booking Windows with ZMail by ZDirect's booking window filter, hotel properties are able to market to their guests who have, for example, booked a reservation 3 days before check in, thus identifying a last minute guest... or conversely, market to families who book their vacations six months out.

Cancellations: Hoteliers can market to their guests who have cancelled a reservation within a particular date range, for future stay.

Zip Code Radius: Marketers are now able to identify guests who live within certain range of their property, thus segmenting their "drive" market. As another example, properties could exclude guests who live 800 miles away as to not annoy guests who would not be able to get to your property for a last minute email special. In addition to the radius, marketing managers will also be able to input zip code ranges, for example "90210" to "90300".
