DESTIN, FL, December 9, 2005. Sterling Realty announced today that, as a result of brisk sales in the past two months, it has sold 60 units and received reservations for 133 of the 203 available units in the Marina Tower at Snug Harbour Marina & Condominiums, a new $240 million, 10-acre condominium development and 132-slip marina overlooking Watson Bayou in Panama City.

Snug Harbour Marina & Condominiums offer 393 spacious one-, two-,three-, and four-bedroom condominium units ranging from 999 to 2,168 square feet, three towers that wrap around the lagoon and marina. Prices currently start in the low $500s.
