Days Inn Costa Mesa Sells for $3.3Mil
COSTA MESA, CA, December 13, 2005. The Leva Family Trust Agreement recently sold the 31-unit Days Inn Costa Mesa here to Amratlal and Niruben Patel for $3.3 million. Amber Hotel Co. represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction. The new owners will continue to operate the limited-service property as a Days Inn, according to Amber Hotel Co.
The property is visible from Highway 55 and is two miles from Newport Beach and Orange County's John Wayne Airport. It is a half-mile from the Orange County Fairgrounds and eight miles from Disneyland.
