Kriya Adds Comfort Suites in Irving, TX
IRVING, TX, December 19, 2005. Kriya Management Group has completed the acquistion of the 54-suite Comfort Suites Las Colinas Center. Kriya acquired the property from Amba, Inc., for $2.5 million.
This is the fourth Choice Hotels International property in Kriya's portfolio. This is also the third project for Kriya in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
According to Kriya partner Raj Chudasama, the highly-competitive Las Colinas market still has room to grow as the area's businesses continue to grow.
The Comfort Suites includes meeting space and a fitness room. Kriya plans to extensively renovate the property over the next 12 months.
In addition to the Choice properties, Kriya properties fly the Ramada and Best Western flags.
