Clients of the New York-based Development Management Services Group will be both international and domestic with several signature projects currently signed with Warnick & Company's new practice; further information will be announced as these projects become public. As with the firm's other services, Development Management will be focused on upscale hotels, resorts and multi-use projects containing a lodging element.
