SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA, January 30, 2006. We are looking for a qualified developer to build, sell and then operate an 81 unit condo-hotel with up to 145 keys. The general plan amendment, development and tentative tract map have all been approved. There are approximately ten acres where the condo-hotel units including a restaurant, spa, reception area, back office space and meeting rooms will be located.
Additional amenities that provide overflow possibilities include two existing buildings, totaling 10,000 square feet, on a nearby five acre lake-front parcel. One of the two buildings, the Pavilion, features three meeting rooms and banquet facilities that include a catering kitchen and storage areas. The adjacent second building provides additional conference space. The remainder of the site is approved for a pro shop and sports facility that will include four tennis courts, workout facilities, pool and shared parking with the Lodge.
