Hilton Wraps International Deal and is Reunited After 40 Years
BEVERLY HILLS, CA, February 23, 2006. Hilton Hotels Corp. has completed its acquisition of the lodging assets of Hilton Group plc, known collectively as Hilton International, for approximately lb3.3 billion or $5.7 billion.
