KISSIMMEE, FL, March 2, 2006. Do you love Disney World so much you wish you could own part of it? Now you can feel like you do, with a second home at Orlando's hot new resort. Construction is under-way and hundreds of two, three and four-bedroom units at Lighthouse Key Resort & Spa Orlando's hot new luxury resort are now available for purchase. This summer and fall, consumers will be able to learn all there is to know about Lighthouse Key, and about the resort's desirable fractional ownership concept, when representatives visit trade shows in cities across the country.

Lighthouse Key's sales team will debut the new Orlando resort at The Live South Real Estate Shows in Troy, Michigan (March 3-5), Burlington, Massachusetts (March 10-12) and Reston, Virginia (September 8-10). During these consumer-friendly showcases, prospective buyers will enjoy a virtual reality tour of Lighthouse Key homes including an aerial view of the resort's proximity to Disney World.

Representatives will also host one-on-one Q&A sessions upon request. All visitors to the Lighthouse Key booth will take home a DVD and be able to schedule a live interactive web-presentation, which can be conducted at a later date from the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, Lighthouse Key's sales team will inform consumers about many benefits its fractional ownership concept offers buyers.

Lighthouse Key comprises 600 residential units (15 buildings, 40 residences each) in two, three or four bedroom layouts. The richly appointed accommodations range from 1,840-square feet to 2,189-square-feet, each with its own private balcony.
