Equity Inns Disposes of Hampton Inn
NORTHLAKE, GA, March 27, 2006. For a price of $5.1 million, Equity Inns, Inc. has sold the 130-room Hampton Inn in Northlake, GA, to an undisclosed third party.
The Atlanta-area asset fetched a capitalization rate of about 4% based on its trailing 12 months of net operating income. The hotel is 20 years old.
