Acacia Licenses Ad Technology to JetBlue
APRIL 3, 2006. Acacia Research Corporation has announced that InternetAd Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a license agreement with JetBlue Airways Corporation covering a patent that applies to interstitial Internet advertising.
The interstitial Internet advertising technology generally relates to the display of certain advertising, informational, and branding messages that appear between or outside the web pages when the user is conducting a search.
