Collegiate Installs priZem Labor Intelligence in Harvard Square
CAMBRIGE, MA, April 20, 2006. Richard Carbone, General Manager of the Inn at Harvard and the Harvard Square Hotel has chosen priZem's Labor Intelligence application to help in his company's goal to ensure a profitable return to his owners and investors. By implementing Labor Intelligence, Collegiate Hospitality will now be able to increase productivity, produce a labor forecast based upon chosen performance indicators automatically and distribute reports by department via email to its managers quickly and easily.
Utilizing the Labor Intelligence direct interface to the ADP Timesaver database, time and attendance actual hours and wages data can be quickly imported directly from the Timesaver database in one step to create labor reports that eliminate labor variances. Associated labor budget data can also be easily imported from any available file directly into the application. Using the Labor Intelligence interface, a manager can access labor data for both Collegiate Hospitality hotels which reside in a single database by toggling between them from one location.
With priZem Labor Intelligence, Collegiate Hospitality can now manage the single largest operating expense by producing labor reports that can be compared against forecast, budget, prior year with variances to forecast based on revenue and statistical data.
John Kiely, CFO, states "Labor Intelligence will save us an enormous amount of time and allow us to produce the reports we need more flexibly and quickly than done previously via the spreadsheet method."
