LONDON, UK, May 4, 2006. Investment Adventures offer group package visits to the world's emerging destinations and property hotspots, aimed at providing property buyers with a portfolio of investment opportunities and pertinent information from credible and experienced sources.
In partnership with award winning travel specialists Original Travel, group tours of 5 - 12 will begin in June to destinations including Morocco and Montenegro. The packages, which start from lb850 per person, including flights, 4 nights luxury accommodation, transfers, dinner at two leading restaurants, excursions and tours to property sites that meet with the visiting buyers criteria. The agency is currently seeking to develop agreements with travel agencies to help grow their market penetration across the UK, and are making commission based agreements available.

The service is aimed at giving people the confidence to buy overseas by putting them in touch with reliable sources and industry professionals who can guide them through the legalities involved, offer quality advice, share experiences and provide visits to appropriate real estate sites. There is also an element of 'safety in numbers', as travellers will be able to discuss their ideas and thoughts with other members of the group.
The concept not only provides buyers with a cross section of different real estate sites, but a good understanding of the destination from a tourism perspective.
We want people to experience some of the selling points that the destinations offer, because their decision to buy can rest as much on the suitability for tourism as it can on finding the right investment opportunity. Therefore, we offer a quality experience that provides an insight into each destinations key attractions, which can be especially important when people are buying to rent.
Investment Adventures' programme for 2006 includes Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Iceland, Montenegro, Romania and Morocco, although more destinations will be added.
