Lexington, Orlando to Offer Unique Services

. October 14, 2008

ORLANDO, FL, May 4, 2006. The Lexington at Orlando CityPlace, a luxury hotel opening in downtown Orlando early this summer, will offer unique services for professional business travelers, corporate meeting attendees, and sophisticated leisure travelers. In the world of travel, where time is money, The Lexington at Orlando CityPlace will offer unique services that not only assure a comfortable stay in one of the hotel's suites, but also save time by taking care of the little things in advance.

The Lexington is the only hotel in downtown Orlando that will offer a valet communication service. Guests arriving at the valet porte-cache will have their name delivered to the front desk via headset. The guest's information is brought up prior to their entrance into the lobby so check-in is completed within minutes. The phone reservation process also aids in making a guest's stay more personal and hassle-free. When making a reservation at The Lexington hotel, intended guests are asked their preferences for room temperature, in-room beverages, as well as pillow choice.

"We are looking to provide our guests with the most pleasurable experience possible," says Rick H. Lohr, general manager of The Lexington at Orlando CityPlace. "By offering unique services we set The Lexington apart from other hotels in Orlando. Our rooms are simply gorgeous and our service unmatched."

Located in close proximity to downtown Orlando's business district, The Lexington is within walking distance of the TD Waterhouse Centre and the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre. The hotel provides four-star service and amenities, offering 227 luxury studios and suites, with a signature restaurant and lounge, piano bar, concierge level with exclusive services and private lounge, 24-hour room service, 4,400 square feet of function space, and a business center.

All 227 studios and suites feature a 42" plasma screen TV, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave oven, signature ultra plush beds designed specifically for the hotel with large leather headboards, and such upgraded bathroom appointments as Kohler Spa(R) shower heads and granite counter tops. In March 2007, the Lexington will add another luxurious perk for its guests. Joining the hotel's lists of unique services and amenities will be a world-class seven-story spa, pool and fitness center.
