GreenTree Inn Has More Than 20 New Hotels Under Construction, Will Open by the End of 2006

SHANGHAI, China, June 6, 2006. GreenTree Inn keeps increasing its market presence in Mainland China through franchising. GreenTree Inn is an all-new upscale business hotel value chain launched by GreenTree Inn Hotel Management Group in mainland China in 2004 in response to strong business travel demand. All GreenTree Inn franchised hotels, accompanied by corporate owned hotels, will be managed under the same quality and service standard, will share the same Central Reservation System (CRS) and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
