ResortCom International Selected to Manage Cibola Vista Resort
Arizona Resort to be fully managed by San Diego-based ResortCom
SAN DIEGO, CA, July 12, 2005. ResortCom International LLC has announced the signing of a new contract to manage Cibola Vista Resort and its HOA/Vacation Club in Peoria, Arizona. The Phoenix area resort, a development of Princeton Resorts Group, is an elaborate project with more than 200 timeshare condominium units. ResortCom International is a San Diego-based company that provides the vacation ownership and resort industry with financial and resort operations services.
In accordance with its contract, ResortCom will manage the entire property, including on-site resort management, HOA/Vacation Club management, reservations and concierge services. Additionally, ResortCom will also provide a full complement of various financial services including credit card services, maintenance fee billing and collections.

Cibola Vista, in close proximity to the Peoria Sport Complex and within an easy drive of the new Arizona Cardinals football stadium, is nearing completion of its first of four buildings. When completed, Cibola Vista will have 200+ two bedroom condominium units (400+ keys). It will incorporate several pools, one being its signature "lazy river" pool. A spa, equestrian center, members' club house and several restaurants are all part of the master plan for this new property. There are already almost 2500 timeshare owners of Cibola Vista. Occupancy is planned for late summer 2005. Princeton Resorts Group is also in the process of developing several resorts in Las Vegas and another in the Phoenix area.
