Lanyon Launches Corporate RFP Management Tool

DALLAS, TX, July 14, 2006. Lanyon, Inc., the leading, independent provider of content management and distribution technology to the global hotel and travel industries, announced today the launch and expansion of its corporate travel management software solution known as RFP Control Center.

Already used by several major consortia, the expanded corporate RFP Control Center solution will include a wealth of additional functionality required by corporate travel managers to support their RFP bid processing. Key features include: Rating bids against key criteria to reveal conformity to corporate guidelines; the ability for the corporate travel manager to control hotel and chain contact lists; email and notifications with these contacts; customized file export capabilities; robust reporting; renegotiation process control including bulk rate updates and pseudo city code validations.
