Tecton Completes $2.4 mil Renovation

Sheraton Atlantic Beach Hotel in North Carolina

MIAMI, FL, July 13, 2006. Tecton Hospitality today announced that it has completed a $2.4 million renovation at the Sheraton Atlantic Beach Hotel in Atlantic Beach, N.C., the largest hotel on the North Carolina coast.

Renovations of the 200-room, 16-suite oceanfront property included installation of new carpet in each guest room and in the corridor area, balcony and deck refurbishment, new Phillips 27" and 32" TVs, interior and exterior painting, as well as upgrades to the public spaces. The fishing pier has been totally repaired and has re-opened for fishing. All upgrades to the hotel are in compliance with Starwood and Sheraton Standards.

Tecton's affiliates - Trinity Hotel Investors L.L.C., Glenmont Capital Management L.L.C and R&S Investment Co. - acquired the hotel in 2004. During that time, the property underwent a $4 million renovation, which included total refurbishing of the 9,000 square feet of meeting space, addition of the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds, and wireless Internet access throughout the hotel.
