Lexington's New Promotion is Music to Guests' Ears
AUGUST 21, 2009 - The Lexington Collection of unique hotels, plaza hotels, boutique hotels, and resorts worldwide has launched an online promotion for its Lexington Experience Guest Reward program. The promotion, "Music to Your Ears," features many different prizes such as I-pod Shuffles, $25 American Express gift cards, and $75 Lexington gift certificates.
This promotion is free and anyone who registers for the Lexington Experience program will automatically be entered into the drawing. The promotion is running now through December 31. Winners will be announced January 10, 2010. To enroll in the Lexington Experience program and to be automatically entered into the "Music to Your Ears" promotion, visit LexingtonHotels.com.
"This promotion is designed to encourage our online visitors to enroll in the free Lexington Experience program and enjoy the immediate rewards and express service the program offers from the minute they walk through any Lexington door," said Peter Frantz, director of marketing for Vantage Hospitality, Lexington's parent company. "We want our potential Experience members to know that, unlike many other complicated guest rewards programs, the Lexington Experience does not require a culmination of points, time, nor money to accrue benefits. And on top of that, they can win some great prizes."
According to Roger Bloss, President and CEO of Vantage Hospitality, the promotion, as well as the Experience program, is a win-win for Lexington hotel owners. "The Experience program was designed to be cost effective. Unlike other loyalty programs in our industry where franchisees are charged extra to participate in the program, Lexington owners will not have to pay anything beyond their membership fees, which are already the lowest in the industry for upper-mid to upscale brands."
Other rewards Lexington Experience members enjoy are an immediate 15% discount on the next stay, immediate room upgrades when available, complimentary local calls, incoming faxes, Internet connection, weekday newspapers, continental breakfast, a free pay-per-view movie, and late check-out.
