WASHINGTON, DC, September 11, 2009 - The Eldon Luxury Suites has opened in the heart of Washington, DC, offering a new concept in luxury accommodations within the nation's capital. The luxurious all-suites property provides the best of residential living with many of the amenities and the superior service of a Four Star-rated hotel. The property is situated in a circa 1926 building with restored exteriors and luminous new, sophisticated interiors. The Eldon Luxury Suites is located one block from the Washington Convention Center and just 10 blocks from Lafayette Park and the White House. It is easily accessible from I-395 off the Capital Beltway.

The Eldon Luxury Suites is situated within an historic building originally built by David L. Stern at 933 L Street near the intersection of Massachusetts and New York Avenues, in the historic Shaw District, an area of the city that is in the midst of a renaissance. It is close to the Mt. The Eldon Luxury Suites was developed by Independence Management of Delaware, which upon purchasing the property embarked on a full-scale renovation to transform it to the upscale, stylish all-suites hotel that exists today.
