Hotel AG Closes SpringHill Suites Transaction in Baton Rouge, LA
Atlanta, GA November 13, 2009 - Hotel AG announced today that it has closed the 119- room SpringHill Suites located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The 4-story interior corridor property was sold to Apple REIT Nine for an undisclosed amount.
