Mike joins at an exciting time of growth and innovation for Extreme Hospitality. His expertise in operational strategy, guest experience optimization, and team development will strengthen the company's mission to deliver exceptional results for owners, investors, and guests. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to lead high-performing teams, implement operational efficiencies, and consistently achieve improvements in key performance metrics such as RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Having held senior operational roles with prestigious brands including The Ritz-Carlton and Loews Hotels, Mike has successfully overseen diverse portfolios of branded properties in highly competitive markets. He is widely respected for his hands-on leadership style, commitment to service excellence, and passion for building positive workplace cultures that empower teams to excel.
