Quorum Hotels Assigned to Operate Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley

DALLAS, TX - (April 8, 2010) - Quorum Hotels & Resorts, a leading independent provider of hospitality management solutions, has announced its latest hotel management engagement, the Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley. Quorum began operating the hotel, located in Fremont, Calif., late last month.

The Fremont Marriott assignment marks the first time that Quorum will operate a Marriott franchised property.

Since 1987 Quorum has been an industry leader in repositioning full service hotels for major institutional clients.

Originally constructed in 1999, the 10-story, 357-key Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley is the only full service hotel in Fremont, and contains more than 12,800 square feet of flexible meeting space. The hotel is located at 46100 Landing Parkway, between the McCarthy Ranch and Pacific Commons office parks, at the southern tip of the San Francisco Bay just north of San Jose.

With the addition of the Fremont Marriott to its management portfolio, Quorum Hotels is now an approved operator of upscale brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, and Westin.
