On Christmas day, Family Brunch is served from 11.30pm - 2.30pm at $62 per adult, $33 per child for lunch, Buffet Hi-Tea is from 3.00pm - 5.00pm at $38 per adult and $21 per child and Buffet Dinner from 6.00pm - 10.30pm at $68 per adult and $36 per child.
Orchard Cafe offers Pre-Festive Buffet Lunches, High Tea and Dinners from 10 to 23 and 26 to 30 December 2010. Pre-festive Buffet Lunch starts from 12.00pm - 2.30pm at $45 per adult, $25 per child. Pre-festive Buffet High Tea is served from 3.00pm - 5.00pm at $36 per adult, $20 per child. For an Oriental twist to the traditional Christmas dinner, enjoy our award-winning master chefs' exquisite Cantonese cuisine at Hua Ting! A selection of fine Cantonese Christmas Set Menus featuring Signature dishes such as the well acclaimed Crispy Roast Duck, Braised Shark's Fin with Conpoy and Golden Mushrooms, Braised Sliced Abalone with Sea Cucumber and Seasonal Greens in Superior Oyster Sauce and Braised Mee Pok and Lobster with Spring Onion and Ginger.
Hua Ting's Christmas Set Menus are available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for lunch from 11.00am - 2.30pm and dinner from 6.30pm - 10.30pm at $88 or $108 or $128 per person (min. 2 persons). Set menus for 8 and 10 persons are also available at $668 and $788 respectively.
Intermezzo Bar (lobby level)
Spice up the festive season at Intermezzo Bar as you sip your favourite cocktail concoctions. Try our December creations - Santamezzo, a scarlet red blend of vodka, fruit liqueur and tropical juice served in a martini glass and Lollimezzo, a mint green non alcoholic drink topped with whipped cream, a dash of grenadine syrup and a “mini fruit kebab”. Come join in the fun as the bar is open till 2am!

Tailor your catering menu to perfection down to the finest details! This December, Orchard Hotel will be launching a newly created take-away package for your festive celebrations! From a minimum party of 10, select the Appetizers, Main Dishes and Desserts from our Ala Carte menu, as well as our optional catering services based on your requirements.
